Van Dyke? NO, SCHOENHERR!!

Waiting for the bus the other day in the warm but very windy and rainy day, I had an interesting encounter. I had just stepped towards the curb when I spied my bus coming up Larned (530/Schoenherr). I had a lady peer around the edge of my umbrella (I have one of those massive golf numbers) and inquire if the bus I was waiting for went to 10 Mile. I said, "10 Mile and Schoenherr." She said, "10 Mile and Van Dyke?" I said, "No, 10 Mile and Schoenherr." Weird. It's not like you didn't have a clue which street it rides up. It clearly read Schoenherr on the marquee. Fun, fun, fun!!
